LONDON-Hannover Leasing, a closed-end fund manager based in Germany, has purchased 30 Crown Place, a 198,000-square-foot office building in the City of London. The Greycoat Central London Office Fund has sold the 19-story high-rise building for GBP 139 million.

The office property, developed in 2009, is 85% leased to Pinsent Masons and 15% leased to Crown Place Financial. Franc Warwick advised Hannover Leasing and CB Richard Ellis advised Greycoat Central London Office Development Fund in the deal. For the full story, go to Property Week .
