CHICAGO-The American Bar Assn. has trimmed its space at a River North office tower. The national lawyers group has inked a long-term lease extension at 321 N. Clark St.
Under the new lease deal, the group is handing back nearly 25,000 square feet and leasing roughly 201,000 square feet at the Clark Street office building. John Goodman of Studley Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
