LONDON-Peel has unveiled its plans for the Chatham Waters project. The company plans to turn 26 acres of land on Chatham Docks in Kent into a GBP 650-million mixed-use development.
The proposed development will provide office space, an EventCity, education facilities and a hotel beside townhouses and apartments as well as an anchor foodstore and landscaped public areas.
