NEW YORK CITY-Hyper Island Inc., an avant-garde advertising and digital media school based in Sweden, is relocating to Hudson Street from Greenwich Village. The training center has signed a lease for a storefront measuring 3,100 square feet at 250 Hudson St.

Asking rents at the high-rise building are in the $50s per square foot. The property is owned by Jack Resnick & Sons. The owner has recently finished a $40-million capital improvement at the old printing-trades building. For the full story, go to New York Post .
