MILWAUKEE-The family owned Engine & Transmission Exchange Inc. in Milwaukee has purchased the Good Hope Shopping Center, a vacant and foreclosed center at the northwest corner of North 76th Street and West Good Hope in Milwaukee, in an online auction. The Milwaukee County Register of Deeds revealed that the property changed hands for $315,000.
