NEW YORK CITY-TransPerfect Translations International, a business services provider, has signed a lease renewal and expansion deal at 3 Park Ave. The company has added 23,240 square feet to its existing space at the skyscraper.
The company has also renewed its 75,000 square-foot lease with Charles S. Cohen, the owner of the property. Asking rents at the office tower are $50 per square foot. The TransPerfect lease has brought the building's occupancy rate to 100%. For the full story, go to New York Post .
