MEMPHIS-Senatobia, Mississippi-based Sycamore Bank has sold an apartment complex near the University of Memphis property. Campus Heights Apartment, a 148-unit complex situated along Southern Avenue, has changed hands for $1.87 million or about $12,689 per unit.

The buyer was not revealed. The complex, composed of Campus Heights I, II and III, contains 16 single-bedroom units and 132 double-bedroom units. Woodyard Realty Corp.'s Steve Woodyard and Lea Heilig represented Sycamore Bank in the sale. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
