MOUNT PROSPECT, IL-Caremark LLC, a drug benefits manager based in Northbrook, has leased an industrial building measuring 147,932 square feet at 1780 Wall St. in Mount Prospect. The Alter Group in Skokie developed the Wall Street building and one of a smaller building measuring 108,613 square feet in the Lake Center Corporate Center on spec or without signing leases in advance.
Caremark will relocate into the Wall Street building in 2012. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of Alter Group. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
