BERLIN-CBRE Investors has announced the acquisition of a retail property in the heart of Berlin. CB Richard Ellis Investors Pan European Core Fund (PEC Fund) has purchased the 129,166-square-foot retail center located in Berlin's Mitte district.

The center, developed in 2008, is leased to tenants including Kaufland, Kik, Rossman and Norma. Kaufland, the anchor tenant, occupies 65% of the property. Jones Lang LaSalle's Berlin office represented CBRE Investors in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
