NEW YORK CITY-The proprietor of Chocolate Bar be opening a shop, known as Doughboy Bake Shop, at 535 Hudson St. Alison Nelson, together with Vanessa and Matt Keefe, has inked a lease for nine years with Icon Realty Management Real Estate for 1,600 square feet at 535 Hudson St.
