SAN FRANCISCO-GLL Development & Management is getting closer to start construction this year at 350 Mission St. The company will pre-lease roughly 100,000 square feet before beginning the construction work on the 27-story tower.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill has designed the LEED platinum project. GLL has drawn two permits pertaining to the project. The first permit is for the $597,000 demolition of the Heald College building and the second one for the $84.1-million development of the new tower.
