PLYMOUTH, MN-Finance & Commerce reported that Greystar Real Estate Partners, a South Carolina company, has acquired an apartment community in Plymouth. The company has purchased Park Place Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 500 units 14300 34th Ave. N., for $54.7 million.
Greystar already controls five apartment properties in the Twin Cities and this is the first time the company has seized an ownership interest in this market. Park Place Apartments was previously traded in 2005 for $51.8 million. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
