
PHILADELPHIA-Iroko Pharmaceuticals will enlarge its headquarters space to 56,000 square feet at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Corporate Center. The company currently occupies nearly 19,000 square feet of space at the South Philadelphia site.
Synterra Partners and Liberty Property Trust will construct the new headquarters building which will be leased by Iroko. Liberty is spending $15.4 million for the project.
