CINCINNATI-Menard Inc., a home improvement retailer based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, has acquired Lyons Crossing on Springboro Pike in Miami Township for $5.36 million. The shopping center was sold by Miami Township-based RG Properties.
Menard plans to demolish existing structures in the 201,000-square-foot shopping center and construct a roughly $9-million retail structure on the site located at the junction of Lyons Road and state Route 741.
