MIAMI-The U.S. Bankruptcy Court documents has revealed that a bidder has offered $170 million for the Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Defaulter MSR Resort Golf Course, which owns five hotels, said that it has received a letter of intent from an unnamed stalking-horse bidder for the property.

The $170-million bid will be segment of a bankruptcy court auction, which is yet to be certified by the court. The Doral property's White Course will not be in the deal. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
