SACRAMENTO-Dean Copans of Retail West has closed the sale of a retail complex in Rancho Murieta. A Southern California man has sold Rancho Murieta Plaza, a 66,000-square-foot shopping center, to a Bay Area-based family investment group for approximately $6.42 million.
The center accommodates 16 office suites and 19 retailers. Plaza Foods occupies 17,000 square feet at the complex.
