PHOENIX-Boulder, Colorado-based Sunflower Farmers Markets is moving its regional offices from its current location near Metrocenter Mall to Deer Valley Office Park in Phoenix. The company has leased 23,214 square feet in the Deer Valley Office Park on the northwest corner of Loop 101 and 19th Avenue for six years.
The company will move into the new location next month. Phoenix-based CB Richard Ellis represented an East Coast-based company, the landlord, and Phoenix-based Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
