BERLIN-Union Investment has purchased Ortlergarten, an apartment complex consisting of 223 units in Berlin-Steglitz, from a listed property company based in France. Ortlergarten, situated in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, is a three-building complex comprising 197,118 square feet of residential space.
This is the first purchase for Union Investment's Residential Value fund. Berlin-based Dupuis GmbH & Co. Asset Management KG is handling asset management and portfolio for the EUR 250-million fund and Union Investment is the property fund manager. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
