MIAMI-Aztec Group, Inc. has closed a $2,500,000 permanent loan impeding the Dadeland North Shopping Center situated on the northeast corner of Ludlam Road (SW 67 Avenue) and South Dixie Highway (US 1) in Pinecrest. The retail center, which measures 32,665 square feet, has been refinanced with a new 10-year, secured loan through a local bank.
