BOSTON-The Boston Herald is planning to move its headquarters from the South End to the Seaport District in South Boston. The newspaper has signed a lease for 10 years for 51,000 square feet of space at Seaport Center on D Street.

The company will move to the two-story office building early next year and will occupy two floors there. Boston-based Rockpoint Group and Beal Cos. purchased the Seaport Center in April 2006. For the full story, go to Boston Globe .
