CHICAGO-Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has inked a lease for nearly 40,000 square feet in a 40-story office building located at 200 S. Wacker Drive for 10 years. The company will shift to the new location in December 2011. The company currently occupies nearly 24,000 square feet at NBC tower located at 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive close to Michigan Avenue.
