WILMINGTON, MA-Griffith Properties and AEW Capital Management have signed four lease deals totaling 36,000 square feet at 187 Ballardvale St. in Wilmington. Applied Micro Circuits Corp. has leased 14,800 square feet; Sleep HealthCenters has leased 11,280 square feet; Fluke Corp. has leased 5,502 square feet; and OuterLink Global Solutions has leased 4,358 square feet at the office building.
