TAMPA, FL-Blue Rock Partners LLC of Tampa has acquired Marbrisa Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 224 units at 4949 Marbrisa Dr. in the Carrollwood section of Tampa. The apartment property changed hands for $15.5 million.
