MIAMI-Ness Racquet Club, the builder of the Eloquence on the Bay condos conversion in Bay Harbor Islands, has sold 35 units for just above $21.4 million. The developer has sold the Bay Harbor Islands condos to Soliva Atlantic LLC, a company controlled by Gilberto Gonzalez, for $612,500 per unit.

Ness Racquet Club changed 120 units into condominiums in the remodeled property at 7930 East Drive. The developer modified its $78.6-million loan with Novacaixagalicia in June 2010. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
