FRANKLIN, TN-Spectrum Properties/Emery has added a Class A office building to its Cool Springs portfolio. Pat Emery's real property development and management company has acquired Nine Corporate Centre, an office building measuring 151,000 square feet on the other side of the Nissan headquarters, and 71 acres of land from Charlotte, North Carolina-based Crescent Resources for more than $40 million.
