OVERLAND PARK, KS-Premier Beverage Inc., an affiliate of Dallas-based Glazer's Distributors, will station its regional headquarters in Overland Park. The company will merge two offices into a 20,000-square-foot space at 5200 Metcalf Avenue.
Swiss Re is already occupying office space at the Metcalf Avenue property. CoStar Group has listed the Class A office space in the building for $14.50 per square foot.
