TAMPA, FL-NAI Tampa Bay has recently completed the sale two multifamily development parcels in Tampa. The first development site, located at 1515 S. Howard Ave., comprises four plots totaling 1.76 acres.
The Howard Avenue property was sold for just above $1.9 million. The second site, located at 930 & 940 Channelside Drive, adjacent to The Place at Channelside condominiums in the Channel District, comprises two plots totaling 0.51 acres, and it was sold for $955,000.
