FORT WORTH-Affiliates of Dallas-based Cypress Equities have secured $187 million in financing for three retail properties in the US. Cypress Equities and The Carlyle Group have secured a $98-million loan for West 7th, a mixed-use complex in Fort Worth, through GE Capital Real Estate.
Plantation Point Development LLC has obtained a $51.2-million loan for its 394,576-square-foot center in Raleigh, North Carolina from CIBC Inc. and JTL Rock Hill LLC has acquired a $38.1-million loan for Rock Hill Galleria in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
