AUSTIN, TX-A site plan containing new specifications regarding the projected redevelopment of Lamar Plaza, a shopping center constructed in the 1950s, has been filed at Austin City Hall. Developers at Greystar Real Estate Partners have plans to change the eight-acre site into a mixed-use development.

The administrative plans reveal that three mixed-use buildings, comprising a 448-unit complex, an 18,000-square-foot retail and a 47,000-square-foot restaurant space, will come up on South Lamar Boulevard. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
