CHICAGO-Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has purchased two fully leased local industrial buildings and a property in Texas. The company has bought 1717 Busse Road, an industrial facility measuring 112,000 square feet in northwest suburban Elk Grove Village, and 250 Kehoe Blvd., an industrial building spanning 153,000 square feet in west suburban Carol Stream, from Atlanta-based Seefried Industrial Properties Inc.
