SILVER SPRING, MD-Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprise Investors has purchased an office building measuring 86,000 square feet at 11141 Georgia Ave. in Wheaton. The company has bought the building on behalf of an unidentified pension fund.
Lowe did not reveal the seller, however, Montgomery County property records reveal the Weinkranz Family Ltd. Partnership as the seller. The county valued the five-story building at $6.53 million. Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group brokers headed the acquisition team, while the seller was represented by HBW Group. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
