EVANS, GA-The Augusta Chronicle report has revealed that builders of Mullins Crossing have sold the shopping center situated in Evans, Georgia for more than $40 million. The shopping center and the surrounding areas that have restaurants and business, including Starbucks Coffee and Panera Bread Co., were sold in August.
The retail center, developed in October 2005, includes Babies "R" Us and Kohl's. Diversified Evans Mullins LLC bought the center for $32.7 million and the adjoining properties for roughly $9 million. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
