NORTHBROOK, IL-Pinstripes Inc. has sold a north suburban restaurant and dive for an amount of $7 million to Entertainment Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Kansas City, Missouri, in a sale/leaseback deal. Entertainment Properties has purchased the 34,000-square-foot structure at 1150 Willow Road.
