BOLINGBROOK, IL-Ricoh Americas Corp., a provider of digital office equipment, will lease an industrial building measuring 261,554 square feet at 254 Internationale Parkway situated in west suburban Bolingbrook. The company, which is currently consolidating its operations at several area locations, will accommodate nearly 200 workers at the distribution building in December.
