MANCHESTER, UK-Legal & General Property (LGP) has signed a pre-lease deal with Travelodge on its site at Coliseum Leisure Park in Cheshire Oaks. The company has secured the deal for its Leisure Fund.
LGP will construct a 77-bed hotel above two restaurant units on the site for Travelodge. The development will start in September 2011 and will be completed at the start of summer 2012. Travelodge has pre-leased the four-story hotel for 25 years. Whitestone Retail and Leisure advised Travelodge on the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
