PARIS-Valad, a real estate investment manager based in Europe, has acquired VALAD PARC Acticlub, a light industrial park measuring 87,187 square feet in Marne la Vallee town, Ile-de-France for an amount of EUR 4.8 million. The park contains 23 light industrial units ranging from 2,960 square feet to 6,458 square feet.
