NAPLES, FL-Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC, an alliance member of Cushman and Wakefield, has closed the sale of upscale medical/professional office park in Naples. C-B Associates has sold the 44,248-square-foot office park, known as Countryside Commons, at 6400 Davis Blvd. for $6.5 million.
Countryside Commons currently houses medical tenants Collier Healthcare Services, Naples Diagnostic and Imaging Center, Naples Community Hospital and LabCorp.
