AURORA, CO-Houston-based Cooper Lighting LLC has purchased an industrial building in Aurora for an amount of $7.87 million. The company has bought the industrial warehouse measuring 189,940 square feet at 18001 E. Colfax Ave.
The industrial building, constructed in 1998, was sold by Minneapolis-based CSM Properties Inc. Loopnet.com has reported that Howard Logistics Inc., a firm that produces packing goods for shipping, is leasing space at the Colfax Avenue building. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
