POWAY, CA-Hoist Fitness Systems has signed a build to sale deal for a building measuring 130,000 square feet at 11900 Community Road in Poway. The company has signed the agreement for $15 million.
In a separate deal, Greg Hamann of the Hamanm Companies has acquired the land totalling 6.92 acres at 11900 and 11886 Community Road for $5,628,000 from Tech Business Center Ventures.
