TALLAHASSEE, FL-Patrick Chisholm of PLC Partners, LLC has acquired a one-acre property at Florida State University located just west of Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee. He took the property under the title of The 1864 at Bellevue, LLC.
The new owner has plans to construct an 11-unit student housing development consisting of 44 beds on the property. The townhome style project will come up within the FSU campus.
