ALPHARETTA, GA-AEW Capital Management has acquired two grocery-anchored retail plazas totaling 235,286 square feet in Alpharetta in the metro Atlanta area for $43.2 million. The company has purchased both shopping centers in a debt-free transaction from LaSalle Investment Management.
The Crabapple Shopping Center, located at the junction of Crabapple and Arnold Mill Roads, totals 106,559 square feet and Saddlebrook Shopping Centers, located at 10945 State Bridge Rd., measures 128,727 square feet.
