FRANKFURT-Allianz Real Estate Germany has acquired an 80% stake in the new Skyline Plaza shopping mall in Frankfurt/Main from ECE and CA Immo Deutschland GmbH for EUR 360 million. ECE and CA Immo have held a 10% stake each in the property.

The Skyline Plaza, being constructed in Europaviertel, will have roughly 409,026 square feet of retail space on two floors accommodating nearly 180 retail units. Ernst & Young, Jones Lang LaSalle and Clifford Chance advised Allianz in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
