TALLAHASSEE, FL-Atlanta-based Cousins Properties Inc. and its partners New Horizon Retail Development and Watkins Retail Group have started constructing a retail center in Tallahassee, Florida. Mahan Village, a shopping center measuring 150,000 square feet in the City of Tallahassee, sits on 19 acres of land.
