DANVERS, MA-Eliza Corp. of Beverly will relocate its corporate headquarters from Cummings Properties-owned 100 Cummings Center in Beverly to Sylvan Street in Danvers. The company has signed a lease for 38,800 square feet of space at 75 Sylvan St.
The Sylvan Street property is owned by Brookwood Financial. Boston-based Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant, and Colliers International represented the property owner in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
