LONDON-Imperial College London and Berkeley First have sold Griffon Studios, a student housing block situated in London's Battersea, to Legal & General Property, a UK fund, for GBP 116 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Legal & General will lease the property to Imperial College London.
The first phase of the development comprising 452 apartments will be delivered in October and the second phase consisting of 414 apartments will be ready by October 2012. For the full story, go to Property Week .
