CAMBRIDGE, MA-Living Proof Inc., a beauty products maker, has leased 20,500 square feet at 301 Binney St. in Cambridge from BioMed Realty Trust. The company will occupy Living Proof's headquarters space when the company moves out in early 2012.
Living Proof is presently located at 63 Rogers St. in Cambridge. Eric Smith and Jon Varholak of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the tenant, while Steven Purpura, also of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented the owner in the deal.
