NEW YORK CITY-Luxor Capital Group has inked an early lease renewal for its 31,285 square feet of space at the Grace Building located at 1114 Sixth Avenue. The lease renewal will begin from June 2013. Mary Ann Tighe, Craig Reicher and James Ackerson of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal for the tenant. Brookfield is the owner of the property.
