NEW YORK CITY-Pantries has signed a lease for 10 years with W&H Properties for 5,125 square feet of space at 1 Grand Central Place located 60 E. 42nd St. Although the lease deal has started on September 1, the tenant will not relocate to the new space until they complete the renovation work.
