NEW YORK CITY-Planet Fitness has inked a 20,000-square-foot lease at a building located at 158 W. 27th Street in Manhattan. The lease runs for 15 years. As per the deal, the entire second floor and retail frontage of the building will be occupied by the health club. Himmel + Meringoff is the owner of the property measuring 117,000 square feet.
