BIRMINGHAM, UK-West Midlands-based Real Estate Investors plc has signed contracts to purchase three properties in the Midlands for GBP 13.05 million. The property group has acquired Southgate Retail Park, a 53,202-square-foot property in Derby, from TAP Property for GBP 4.8 million.
REI bought Peat House, a 43,437-square-foot office building at 1 Waterloo Way in Leicester, and Gateway House, a 27,071-square-foot office and retail building at 50-53 High St. in Birmingham, for GBP 4.4 million and GBP 3.85 million, respectively, from Aviva.
